We are based in the SBI Building right on The Mall in Manali. Our office is quite close to the main SBI branch, which is how most people find their way to us. Being in Kullu district means we are right in the thick of things. The Mall is always full of life, with people walking up and down and the sounds of the town constantly in the background. Our office is a simple one, located inside a building that has seen many years. We don't have any polished lobby or receptionists in suits. It’s usually just one of us sitting there, ready to answer questions or help out with whatever is needed. We have been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the town grow and change. It’s a practical location because everything we need is just a short walk away. Sometimes the stairs in the building feel a bit steep after a long day, but you get used to it. We keep our operations pretty low-key and straightforward. There’s no need for big marketing talk when you’re just a local business trying to do a decent job. We know the local bus timings and the best times to avoid the main road traffic. If you’re near the bank, you’re basically at our doorstep. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized amidst the daily rush. It is a simple life here.
