We operate out of Manali Arushi, at the address 5/653-3. We focus on herbs and breeds, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the year. It’s a niche kind of work, but we enjoy it. We are not a corporate office with a lot of rules and meetings. Most of our decisions are made while we are actually working. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s a very hands-on type of business. The place at Manali Arushi serves as our main hub. We’ve been at this for some time now, learning as we go. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we learn from them and keep moving. We don’t use any of those fancy business words you hear on the news. We just talk like regular people because that’s what we are. The breeds we look after need a lot of attention, so there isn’t much downtime. It is a seven-day-a-week kind of job, really. We are tucked away in our little corner, and we like the peace and quiet. It helps us focus on the animals and the plants. If you were to visit, you’d see a lot of activity but not much fuss. We just want to do our work and do it well enough to keep going. It is a practical life, and it suits our temperament perfectly. We are just happy to be doing this work here every single day.
