Our office is situated on Nagar Road in Manali, directly across from the Hotel Park Residency. It’s a good spot because it is easy to point out to people who are looking for us. Nagar Road can get quite busy with cars and bikes, but we are used to the hum of the traffic by now. We’ve been operating from this location for a while, and it suits our needs just fine. The office itself is simple and functional. We don't have any leather sofas or high-end decor. It is just a place where we can sit down and get our work done without distractions. Most of us are locals who have grown up in these hills, so we know the area better than anyone. We don't try to sound like a big travel agency from the city; we just talk to people plainly. Sometimes we share a tea with the people from the neighboring shops. It is a quiet kind of business life, even when the town is full of visitors. We handle the paperwork and the bookings with a bit of a personal touch, mainly because we are a small team. We don't have a big marketing department, so we just rely on being here and doing what we say we will. It’s a practical way to live and work in a place like Manali. We keep it simple.
