You can find Reactive Digital Private Limited inside the Hotel Premier in Model Town, Manali. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are operating out of a hotel building. The air is cold most of the year, and we usually have our jackets on even when we’re inside the office. Manali is a beautiful place, but when you’re working, you don't always get to stare at the mountains. We spend most of our time staring at screens instead. The hotel is busy with tourists coming and going, so there’s always a bit of a holiday mood in the lobby, but our corner is strictly for work. We have a simple room with our computers and a bunch of cables running across the floor. It’s not a fancy tech hub with bean bags and free snacks. It’s just a practical space where we can get our digital work finished. Sometimes the snow makes things a bit difficult, and we have to worry about the power or the internet connection, but that’s just life in the hills. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the town and how things slow down in the winter. We aren't trying to be a big city agency. We just enjoy working from here and doing our best with the projects we have. It’s a quiet life for the most part, even with all the travelers staying just a few doors away.
