Lady Willingdon Hospital

Lady Willingdon Hospital is located in the Kullu District, and we’ve been serving this area for a long time. It’s a rugged part of the country, and the hospital reflects that a bit. We aren't a fancy private facility with marble floors. We are a practical place for people in the district who need medical help. Being in Kullu, we see a lot of different people from the surrounding villages. Our staff knows the local way of life. We’ve got the basic wards and the emergency area that gets used quite often. It’s a busy place, especially during certain times of the year. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. Most people just know where we are. We focus on the daily tasks like checking temperatures, giving out medicine, and making sure the patients are looked after. The building itself is older, and it has that lived-in feel. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy hospital in the district, there’s always something happening that you didn't plan for. We just deal with it as it happens. It’s hard work, and we aren't trying to pretend it’s anything else. We are just a group of people working together to keep this place running for the community. It’s what we’ve always done and what we’ll keep doing as long as the doors are open and people need care.
