Lady Willingdon Hospital Manali

Our place is right on the Delhi Manali Highway. It’s a long road and plenty of travelers pass by every day. We see locals from Manali and also people just driving through. Being on the highway means we get a lot of unexpected visits. Accidents happen or people get sick while they are on their trip. The hospital has been sitting here for years. It’s not a shiny new building, but it stands up to the weather. Sometimes the noise from the highway is a lot, but we are used to it now. We have doctors and nurses who have worked here for a long time. They know the area and they know how to handle the mountain cold. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything. It's just a hospital with beds and medicine. We try to make sure patients are comfortable enough. The parking can be a bit tight when it’s busy season. If you are coming up the highway, you’ll see our sign eventually. We keep things simple and just focus on the patients. No one wants to be in a hospital, but we try to make it manageable. It’s a practical place for practical needs. We are just here doing our jobs day in and day out on the road to Manali. You can't miss the building.
