You can find us at House No. 91/1 in Vill Uppar Bijani. It’s a quiet place, and that’s where Khem Marketing and Builders is based. We do a bit of both—marketing some supplies and also doing actual building work. Being an OPC means it’s a pretty tight operation, mostly run by one person with some extra help when needed. We don't have a big storefront in the city. Most of our business happens right from the house or out at the job sites where the work is. We help people find the right materials and then help them put those materials together into something useful. It’s a practical way to work. We know the people in Bijani and the surrounding areas, so we mostly work through local connections. We aren't into those big, shiny advertisements you see in the papers. We just rely on doing a decent job and being easy to talk to. The roads up here can be a bit rough, but we don't mind the travel. Construction isn't easy work, especially when you're also trying to manage the supply side of things. We just try to keep everything organized and make sure we have what we need to finish a project. It’s a simple life, really. We work hard, go home to the village, and start again the next day. No corporate ladders to climb here, just walls to build for people.
