Himalayan Journeys

We are situated right on The Mall in Manali. It’s the main spot where everyone goes. Himalayan Journeys has been here for a long time. It’s always busy outside our door. Everything can be seen from here—the crowds, the shops, the lights. Our office is right in the middle of it all. It’s not a very big space, but it works for us. Most of the time is spent answering questions and booking trips for people who are visiting. The Mall is the heart of the town, so all kinds of people stop by. A polished corporate look is not what we have. Our office looks like a place where people actually work. Papers and maps are everywhere. Knowing these mountains well comes from living here. Selling anyone anything they don't need isn't our way. We just tell them what’s possible and what isn't. The 175131 area is home to us. Working on The Mall means being in the loop with what’s happening in town. Whether it's the snow clearing or a local festival, we see it first. Keeping things honest and straightforward is important. We’re just a bunch of locals who know the travel business. Many seasons have come and gone. Sometimes it's peaceful and sometimes it's chaotic, but we are always here at our desk on The Mall, ready to talk about the next journey. It is just the daily routine for us.
