Himalayan Darshan Travels

Our office is in Anand Complex, tucked away in Cabin No-105. It’s right near the Mall Road here in Manali, which makes it easy to find but quiet enough that we can actually get some work done. It’s a small cabin, just enough room for a couple of chairs and our files. We spend most of our time talking to people who walk in after wandering around the main market. Running a travel desk in the mountains means you never really know what the day will bring. One minute it’s sunny, and the next, someone is calling because a road is blocked. We try to keep things organized, but it’s more about being practical and knowing the local shortcuts. We’ve been working out of this complex for a bit, and most of the neighbors know us by now. We aren't doing anything fancy; it’s just about getting the cars sorted and making sure the trips go okay. I usually have my lunch at the desk while answering the phone. It’s a bit cramped in the cabin when more than two people come in at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is just checking timings and talking to drivers. There's usually some coffee or tea sitting around, and we often have the radio playing softly in the background while we sort out the bookings. It’s basic, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the shops close up for the night.
