We are located at 529 in Ward No. 7, over in Gandhi Nagar. Kullu is a beautiful place to live and work, and we have been here for a while. Our office is just a regular building in the neighborhood. We don't have big flashing signs or anything like that. Hawkston Estates is about the local property and land here in the valley. We know the wards and the corners of Kullu pretty well by now. The office is usually a bit cluttered with maps and documents because that’s the nature of the business. Gandhi Nagar is a nice area, quite residential, so it’s a calm place to sit and think. We talk to people about their land and what they want to do with it. It’s not about being a big shot developer; it’s more about knowing the ground and the people who live on it. Sometimes the weather in Kulu stops everything, but we just wait it out. Most of our clients come to us because they know someone we helped before. It’s a small-town way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find their spot in the hills. If you're walking through Ward 7, you'll find us. We keep our doors open for anyone who wants to chat about land or houses. It's just a regular local business.
