Our place is located right near the Adarsh Bhagti Vidya Mandir School in Bhajogi, which is in Manali. If you know the area, you've probably walked past us a dozen times. We are Hadimba Promoters Private Limited. We mostly deal with property and development stuff around the Kulu district. Manali has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here watching it happen. We aren’t some big city firm with shiny suits; we’re just local people working in the mountains. The weather here can be pretty tough on buildings, so we spend a lot of time making sure things are done properly. It's often just us in the office handling paperwork or out on a plot of land checking things over. Being close to the school makes it easy for people to find us. We don't have a massive team, just a handful of folks who know the local terrain and the rules here. Sometimes the snow makes it hard to get anything done in the winter, so we have to plan our work around the seasons. It's a steady life. We like living in Himachal and want to make sure the work we do doesn't mess up the place. People come to us when they need help with land or building projects because we’ve been around the block a few times. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss and keep things moving.
