Arshit Infotech Services

Our small office, Arshit Infotech Services, is located in Gandhi Nagar, specifically in the Lanka Bekar area of Dhalpur. We are right opposite the Ritu Raj Complex, which is the big building everyone knows. We mostly handle computer issues, software installs, and fixing networking problems for the shops nearby. It’s not a very big room, just enough for a few workstations and a bunch of spare cables that always seem to get tangled up no matter how much we organize. We started this because there weren't many people in Dhalpur who knew how to fix servers or deal with internet outages back then. Now, it seems like everyone has a laptop, so we stay pretty busy throughout the week. We don't wear suits or use big words to sound important to our customers. We just look at the screen, find the error, and try to get it running again as fast as we can. Sometimes we have to go out to other offices to set things up, so the shop might be locked for an hour or two while we are out on a call. Usually, though, one of us is here drinking tea and staring at a motherboard or a monitor. It’s a decent living and we get to meet a lot of different people from the neighborhood. It’s nice to be the place people go when their technology breaks.
