We are located up on the fifth floor of Vertex Pride Apartments, specifically in Flat 507 of the A Block. It is a residential building, so it does not feel like a typical office at all. Being in Jaibharat Nagar near Nizampet Road means we are right in the middle of all the Kukatpally buzz. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we often end up waiting in the lobby talking to the security guards. Working on Abr Renewables & Infra Projects Private Limited stuff from an apartment has its quirks. We have blueprints spread out over the dining table most days. It gets a bit cramped when the whole team is here at once. There is a decent view of the Hyderabad skyline from the balcony, which is where we go when we need a bit of air. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. We do not have a big reception area or anything. It is just a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics for our different construction sites. Sometimes we have to meet people at the local coffee shop because the apartment is too full of files and maps. It is a bit of a juggle, but we have made it work for a long time. Kukatpally is always changing with new buildings going up, and we are right here watching it happen.
