Gour Communication

Gour Communication is located right on Station Road, not too far from the Radhakrishna Mandir. If you’re walking down Dharwad Road, you’ll probably hear the bells from the temple every morning. It’s a small shop, and we’ve been here for a good while now. We mostly handle things like phone repairs, selling SIM cards, and people coming in to top up their mobile balance. The street is always crowded with people heading to the station, so there’s a lot of noise and dust coming through the door. We have a small glass counter where we keep some phone accessories and chargers. Most of the day is spent fixing broken screens or trying to figure out why someone's phone won't turn on after they dropped it. It’s a bit cramped inside, especially when more than two customers come in at once. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. Sometimes we sit outside on a small stool when things are quiet. People from the neighborhood stop by just to chat for a bit while they’re on their way to the market. We don't use any high-tech systems for our records, mostly just a notebook and a pen that we keep behind the counter. It’s a simple business. We open early and stay open until the last trains have passed for the night. It's just an honest local shop where we try to help out people with their gadgets.
