Our place is at HIG 65A in Phase VI of the Avalapalli HUDCO area, right off Bagalur Road. It’s a part of town that has seen a lot of construction lately. At Tejaismitha Infra Developers Private Limited, we are right in the thick of it. The office is a straightforward space in the HUDCO layout. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people to find once they get into the phase six area. Most of our work involves infrastructure and development, which basically means we spend our days dealing with cement, steel, and a whole lot of paperwork. It’s not always glamorous. Often we are covered in site dust or stuck behind a computer screen trying to figure out a budget. We keep a few chairs for visitors and a big table for spreading out blueprints and maps. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We’ve been here long enough that the tea stall guy down the road knows exactly what we want. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy logo on every wall. We’re just local developers who know this side of Bagalur Road really well. Every project has its own set of problems, from delayed supplies to rain hitting at the wrong time. We just take it as it comes. It’s a lot of hard work, but seeing a structure actually go up makes it worth the long hours we put in.
