We've been at S.No-156/3 Gangaleri Village for a while now. Most people know the spot because it's right on Royakottai Road, not far from the old Rto office. It's just a small travel desk really. We handle bus tickets, train bookings, and help people figure out how to get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet gets slow, but we usually get the job done eventually. People drop in when they're heading past the Rto area on their way to work or back home. It's not a fancy office with big screens or anything like that. Just some old desks and chairs and us trying to look up the best routes on the computer. We know the local roads around here pretty well. If you're coming from the main part of town, it's a straight shot down the road. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we step out for tea in the afternoon. It's a family-run kind of thing, so you're usually talking to one of us directly when you walk in. No fancy uniforms here. We just try to make sure your tickets are right and you know where your bus is picking you up. It's busy on the weekends especially. We've seen a lot of people come through over the years. Some are going on long holidays, while others are just heading home for a bit. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here.
