Sri Kurumbu Store

You can find Sri Kurumbu Store at number 20 on the Krishna Giri Main Road. We are right near the Indian Bank in Uthangarai, which is a very convenient spot for anyone running errands in town. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people every single day. Some are just passing through and others are locals we have known for years. Our store is small and packed with all sorts of things. We try to keep it organized, but when you have a lot of items in a small space, it gets a bit crowded. That’s just part of the charm, I suppose. We don't have any big air conditioning or fancy displays. It is just shelves and counters where we serve the people who come in. The Indian Bank next door brings a lot of foot traffic our way, especially in the mornings. We start early to get the shop ready before the rush. Sometimes we lose track of time talking to a neighbor or a regular customer. We aren't trying to build a huge empire here in Uthangarai. We just want to keep the store running and provide what the community needs. It is a simple life and the work is consistent.
