Spuntini Mills Private Limited is based in Hosur, over at No. 51 in Sri Manju Nath Villa, which is right by the Inner Ring Road in Motham Agraharam. Hosur is a fast-growing place with a lot of industries, so being near the ring road is quite convenient for us. Our setup is a bit of a mix between an office and a working mill. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, that’s for sure. We have piles of samples and old ledgers sitting around most of the time. The team here is small, and we all wear different hats throughout the day. One day I might be looking at the accounts, and the next day I’m helping load a truck because we are short-handed. It’s just the way things go in a small business. We deal with the dust from the road and the noise of the traffic, but we are happy to be in this location. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just do our work and try to keep our customers satisfied with what we produce. It’s a basic operation where everyone knows their job and does it without a lot of fuss. Thally and the surrounding areas are nice, and we’ve made a decent home for the business here over the years. We just keep going, day after day, through the heat and the busy seasons without complaining much about it.
