Out here in Veppanapalli, things move at a slightly different pace compared to the middle of Bangalore, even though we’re still connected to the main operations. The office is straightforward and stays pretty busy with the local work we’ve got going on. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but the air is clearer out this way. We spend most of our mornings checking in on the sites and then come back here to the office to handle the paperwork in the afternoons. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid place where we can sit down and get our planning done. There are a few of us who have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm down. We don't really do the whole formal office thing. You’ll mostly find us in jeans and work shirts, often with dust on our shoes from being out in the field. There’s a small table where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we end up talking more than typing, which isn't always a bad thing. We know the local roads and the people around here quite well. If you stop by, you might find us debating over a set of blueprints or just figuring out the logistics for the next week. It's just a regular spot for the team. Being in 635121 means we are part of the local landscape.
