Freedom Ophthalmic Private Limited is situated at No. 31 in Phase 1 of Sipcot. If you’ve ever been to this industrial area, you know it’s quite large and spread out. We spend most of our time in lab coats or working at specific stations. The routine is the same most days. We arrive, check the schedule, and get to work. Sipcot can be a bit isolated, but it’s good for focus. There isn't much noise from the street here, which is nice. We have a small lunchroom where we all sit together. It’s a professional environment but without the corporate stiffness you see in city centers. We know our jobs and we do them. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just make sure the items we produce are handled correctly. It’s a lot of precision work. Sometimes the days feel long, but we like the steady pace. Being at No. 31 means we’re easy to find if you’re driving through Phase 1. There is a guard at the gate who usually waves us in. It's a quiet, busy life we have at Freedom Ophthalmic.
