You can find us at Plot No. B-3 in Sipcot Phase-I, right in the heart of the Sidco Industrial Estate in Hosur. We’re located quite close to the Ashok Leyland Unit 1, so the area is always full of activity and heavy vehicles moving around. Prakash Techno Plast has been operating from this spot for quite a few years now. The warehouse is big and usually filled with the sound of machinery running. It’s a hot environment, especially during the summer months, but we’ve got our routine down. We focus on plastic production, and it’s a job that requires a lot of constant attention to the machines. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day long. Usually, the managers are out on the floor with the workers, checking the molds and the output. It’s a no-nonsense kind of workplace. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have production schedules and safety signs. The location is good for us because the logistics are easy to handle from the industrial estate. Most of the people on our team have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and we look out for one another. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and we’re glad to be a part of the Hosur industrial community. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out on time. It’s mostly about doing a decent day's work and getting home to our families.
