Roshni Industries

We are based at Roshni Industries, which is over at C-31 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. This is the Sipcot area, so it is quite a large industrial zone with many different companies all around us. We have been here for a while now, operating through Phase One and Two. Our building is a simple structure that fits our needs. It is mostly a lot of open space for the work we do and some storage for the stock. The roads around here are always busy with big trucks and workers coming in on their bikes. We start our mornings early before the sun gets too high and things get too hot. It is a very practical environment. We don't have any polished lobby or anything. We just have our work benches and the stuff we need to get the job done. Most of the time, we are just busy with the daily routine of checking the machines and talking to the guys on the floor. It can be a bit dusty and loud, but that is the nature of an industrial estate. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they have been dealing with us for years. We just try to keep everything running as best as we can without making a big deal out of it. It’s just a regular workplace where we put in our hours and go home. That is how it works for us and we are fine with it.
