We are based over at 16-E in SIPCOT Phase-II. Micro-Tecch Cnc Private Limited has been operating out of this industrial estate for quite some time now. It’s a large area with plenty of other companies around us, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our CNC work. The machines we use are quite precise, which is necessary when you're cutting metal all day. We handle a variety of jobs, some small and some quite large, depending on what the customer needs that week. The workshop can get pretty hectic when we have a big deadline, but that's just part of the life here. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of layers of management. We’re just a group of people who know how to program these machines and keep them running smoothly. Sometimes things go wrong, a tool breaks or a measurement is off, and we have to start over or fix it. That's the reality of machining. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. Our floors might have some metal shavings on them, and our hands usually have a bit of grease, but the parts we produce are solid. People know where to find us in Phase-II if they need something machined properly. We don't do a lot of talking; we just let the machines do their thing and try to keep our customers satisfied with what we send out. It's honest work and we've been doing it for years.
