We’re located at No 380-L on the first floor in Sivaji Nagar, which is part of Mookandapalli. It’s an interesting area because it feels like it’s always on the edge of getting much bigger. Loma Infra Developers Private Limited is a small group of us who focus on infrastructure and development projects around here. We aren't fancy people. Most of us grew up around construction or engineering, so we're more comfortable in work boots than in suits. Our office is just a simple space where we meet up to plan out the week and talk to our suppliers. Being in Mookandapalli means we’re close to a lot of the industrial activity, which keeps us busy. The work can be pretty grueling, especially when we’re out on a site all day under the sun. We deal with everything from clearing land to getting the foundations right. There are always challenges, like when a machine breaks down or the soil isn't what we expected, but we just figure it out as we go. We don't have any polished mission statements or anything like that. We just want to do the work and move on to the next thing. People around here know us as the folks who are always out on the job. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s a quiet way of running a business, but it works for us and our families. Sometimes we even have our lunch on the site just to stay on schedule.
