Identity Exclusive Women Fitness Centre Physiotherapy Clinic

Our centre is located on the first floor of Siva Tower in Nehru Nagar. We focused on creating a space specifically for women to handle their fitness and physiotherapy needs. It is a bit of a dual-purpose place. On one side, we have the workout equipment for general fitness, and on the other, we have the setups for physiotherapy. It isn't a massive, crowded gym where you feel lost. It is more of a local spot where women can come and feel comfortable while they exercise or recover from an injury. Being on the first floor makes it easy to get to, though Nehru Nagar can be a bit of a challenge for parking some days. We see a variety of women, from those who just want to stay active to those who are dealing with specific physical pain and need therapy. The atmosphere is generally quite relaxed and informal. We don't have trainers shouting or loud, pounding music all the time. It is a practical environment for health. The staff here are just regular people who are good at showing how to use the machines or helping with the physio exercises. We have been in Siva Tower for a while now and many of the ladies who come here have become friends over time. It’s a simple, functional space for the community.
