Gurugugai Madathar Chit Funds Private Limited

Our office is located at 489A on Nethaji Road, right in the Old Pet area of Krishnagiri. It’s one of those older streets where everything feels familiar and a bit lived-in. We’ve been operating the chit fund from this spot for a good while. The building itself has seen better days, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it serves our purpose just fine. Inside, we’ve got a few desks and a bunch of plastic chairs for when people come in for the auctions. It gets quite crowded on those days, and the room gets a bit stuffy, but nobody seems to mind much. We spend a lot of time just talking to the people who come in. Many of them have been with us for years, so it feels more like a community gathering than a business meeting. My cousin handles a lot of the entries while I talk to the customers. We don't use any fancy systems, just the standard ledgers and a basic computer for the main records. Sometimes we have to hunt for a pen that actually works, which usually gets a laugh from the regulars. The view out the window is just the busy street and the shops across the way. We keep things simple because that’s what people around here expect. It’s a practical way to manage money and we’re happy to be a part of the Old Pet neighborhood for the long haul.
