Gauresh Industries

We work out of the Hosur Industrial Complex at unit 16/4. Our building is quite close to the Ashok Leyland Unit 1, so the whole area feels very industrial and busy. There are always big trucks moving in and out of the gates nearby. At Gauresh Industries, we focus on the practical side of things. Our workshop is not a place for visitors to come and see pretty things. It is full of machines, raw materials, and the smell of cut metal. We’ve been here in Hosur for quite some time now. Most of us who work here have been doing this for years. The work is repetitive and can be quite tiring, especially during the summer months when the shed gets very hot. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor. We spend our time making sure the orders are filled and the quality is what it needs to be. Sometimes things go wrong with the power or a machine breaks, and we just have to deal with it and catch up later. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t do any big marketing or have a sales team. We just rely on the work we do every day. It is a tough life but it’s what we know. We close up the gates late in the evening and start all over again the next morning.
