We spend most of our time out here in Nagamanglam Village. It is a quiet place for the most part, except when the machines are running. People around Jagedevi Post know where we are because we’ve been here a while now. We make stuff for pets. Mostly plastic things, I guess. It started small and it’s still not huge, but it keeps us busy. Every morning the tea stall nearby is where we start. Then we walk over to the shed. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months, but we have some fans. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a work floor with tools and materials stacked up against the walls. We have a few guys from the village who come in to help with the packing and the molding. The dogs in the village sometimes hang around the gate. We don't mind. It's just how things go here. We don't have a big sign or a lobby. If you come looking for Bst Pet Manufacturers, you just look for the building with the blue door. We try to get the orders out on time, but sometimes the truck is late getting to the post office. That is just life in the village. It is a decent way to make a living and we don't ask for much more than that.
