Our shop is located in Phase-3 of the Sidco Industrial Estate in Hosur, which is down in the Krishnagiri District. It’s a solid industrial area where people actually know how to build things. Beblec (India) Pvt Ltd is just one of many units here, but we’ve carved out our own little space over the years. The weather in Hosur is usually alright, which helps when you’re working in a big open shed most of the day. We do a lot of technical work, and it requires a bit of focus and a lot of patience. Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, and we have to sit down and figure out a new way to solve a problem, but that’s just how engineering goes. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. Usually, there's just a small office at the front and then the workshop takes up the rest of the space. We’ve got a few old fans that keep the air moving, and there’s always the sound of someone grinding something or a machine whirring in the background. It’s a good place for people who like to work with their hands. We don't spend much time worrying about what the competition is doing; we just focus on the order in front of us. Sidco is a good community, and we know our neighbors well. It’s just a regular workday here, from start to finish. We focus on the tasks we have today and get them finished before the sun goes down.
