B-MARK BUILD AND CARE is based in Hosur, in the Mookandapalli area. Our office address is 2/738-A, 1st Cross, MM NAGAR. We do both building and maintenance work, which is why we have "Care" in our name. It's a small, local business. We don't have a big fancy office with glass doors. It’s just a regular room with desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of tools and paint samples scattered around. Hosur is growing fast because of all the industries, so there is always something to build or fix. We spend most of our time traveling between different sites. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and checking on progress. We don't have a marketing department. Most people find out about us because they saw our work or someone they know recommended us. Construction is a tough business. There are always unexpected problems, like a leak that won’t stop or a supplier who doesn't show up. We just deal with those things one by one. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just regular people who know how to maintain and build structures. We’ve lived in this part of Krishnagiri for a long time and we like seeing the town change and grow. We’re just doing our part in that. If you come by, we might be out on a job, but we always get back to people.
