Our location is at B-7 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there is always a lot of activity and noise throughout the day. We focus on domestic appliances, and our unit is set up to handle both the parts and the finished products. The space is mostly filled with workbenches and storage racks. It’s not a place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy decor. We have concrete floors and metal shelves because that is what works for the kind of heavy items we deal with. We have a small crew of people who have been doing this for a long time. Everyone knows their job and we don't need much management to get things done. Most of our day is spent checking the inventory and making sure the assembly work is moving along as it should. Sidco is a good place for us because the roads are wide enough for the delivery vans to get in and out without too much trouble. We don't have a big sign outside, just the unit number on the door. It is an honest day's work for all of us here. We don't use any high-end marketing tricks; we just rely on the fact that we have been in this spot for years and people know we are here if they need something. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into the front corner.
