Down here at Post Box No. 29 in the Electronic Indl Estate in Hosur, things stay pretty busy. Aargee Equipments Pvt Ltd has its roots right in the middle of this industrial hub. It is a bit of a drive for some, but being in the estate makes sense for the kind of equipment work we do. The air usually smells like metal and machinery around here. We have a shop floor that is usually covered in parts and tools. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where the real work happens. We have a few guys who have been with us for years, and they know where every single nut and bolt is kept. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main area. It gets a bit loud when the machines are running, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend much time on fancy emails or brochures. Usually, we are just talking to suppliers or checking on a shipment. Being in Hosur is good because there are always other shops nearby if we need a hand or a specific tool. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up early, get the machines started, and work until the shift is over. No one here is looking for awards; we just want to get the equipment out the door. It is hard work, but we like the routine of it all.
