Viswabhavana Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is located in Mopidevi. We are in the 3rd Ward on Challapalli Road, at D.No.: 3-293. This is what people call Temple Town, and it’s a nice, quiet place to be based. Since this is an OPC, it’s a small operation, but we stay busy with local building projects. We mostly work on houses and smaller structures for people in the Mopidevi Mandal area. We aren't interested in being a huge company. We just like building things properly for the local community. The office is a simple room where we keep the blueprints and handle the local government paperwork. Most of our time is spent outdoors on the construction sites. It is physical work, and you have to be ready for anything, like a sudden rainstorm or a delivery truck getting stuck. We don't have a marketing department or any slick brochures. People in Krishna district usually know who we are just by word of mouth. If someone needs a new wall built or a whole house put up, they usually just walk over to Challapalli Road and talk to us. We try to be very clear about what we can do and how long it will take. Construction is slow work, and we don't believe in rushing things just to finish faster. It’s about doing a decent job that will last. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for many more years.
