Our office is inside Ganesh Appartment on Dornakal Street. It’s right off Eluru Road in Vijayawada, directly across from Vinns Hospital. People often miss the turn the first time they come, but once you find Dornakal Street, we’re easy to spot. Visaxperts is a small operation. We deal with a lot of paperwork and forms all day long. It isn't the most glamorous job, but we've been doing it for a while and we know the ropes. The apartment we work out of is comfortable enough. It has that lived-in feel, not like those cold, modern offices you see in the big cities. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Most of us here grew up in Vijayawada, so we know the local area well. We don't put on an act for anyone who walks through the door. If a visa application is going to be difficult, we just say so. We don't like to overcomplicate things with big promises. Most days it’s just us answering phones and checking documents. It’s a steady pace. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is happening in town. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough without needing to be flashy.
