Our office sits on the first floor of Satnam Towers. You can find us on Gudavalli Street, which is right across from the Buckingham Post Office in the Governerpet area. It’s a very central part of Vijayawada, so there’s always a lot of movement outside our windows. We handle a bit of everything here, from booking local travel to helping people with their passport applications and flight details. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and old ledgers lying around. It’s just a small team of us working every day. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a polished website. Instead, we rely on the people who live and work around Governerpet to stop by when they need to go somewhere. Some days the office is quiet and we just drink coffee and talk, but other days it’s a mad rush with people wanting last-minute bookings. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on this street over the years. We stay because we know the people and we know how the travel business works in this city. It’s not always easy, especially when prices keep changing, but we try to give everyone a straight deal. If you need to plan a trip, you just walk up the stairs and we’ll see what we can find for you. It’s a lot of manual work but we’re used to it.
