We are located in Poranki at a place called Sri Ram Nilayam. Our door number is 13-5/1 and we’re right across from the Mary Matha Temple. Having the temple there makes it really easy for people to find us on Ramapuram Colony Road. Urbanprime Realty Llp is just a small group of us who know the Krishna district pretty well. We spend most of our time dealing with local property stuff. It’s a simple setup in the office. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or polished speeches. If you walk in, you just talk to whoever is sitting there. Poranki has been growing a lot lately, so there is always something new happening on the roads around here. We try to stay on top of the local news and who is selling what. The 521137 area is a good place to be. We don’t use any of those big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just regular folks who know the neighborhood. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, so we just sit down and try to figure it out with the customers. It’s a quiet way to work, and it keeps us occupied. If you’re near Ramapuram Colony Road, you can just stop by and say hello. We’re usually there during the week, just doing our thing and helping people out. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here in Sri Ram Nilayam.
