Being near the water tank makes it easy to give people directions. The office itself is usually a bit messy with blueprints, site plans, and bits of construction samples lying around on the tables. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites or dealing with suppliers who are dropping off materials. It’s a noisy, busy place where there is always a bit of dust in the air. We don't have a fancy waiting room; you just walk in and sit down wherever there’s a clear chair. The Andhra heat can be pretty intense, so the cooler is always running in the corner. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we know most of the people who walk past our gate every morning. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of staff. It’s just us, working on local building projects and making sure the paperwork for the municipality is in order.
