Three Sixty Realtech Private Limited is located on the ground floor at D-81, Lord Krishna Road in Adarsh Nagar. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in off the street without having to hunt for an elevator. We deal with real estate technology and property management. It sounds fancy, but mostly it's just us at our computers trying to make sense of property data. Adarsh Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve been here for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our work well. Our office is a bit cramped because we have more computers and cables than we probably need. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you’ll just see one of us looking up from a screen. We talk to a lot of people every day about their homes and investments. We try to keep things simple. Real estate is confusing enough without us adding more jargon. We’ve had our ups and downs like any small business, but we keep showing up. We like the local vibe of Lord Krishna Road. It’s got a good mix of houses and small shops. If you’re ever walking by, you can see us through the window. We’re just a group of people working hard to make the property business a bit more modern. It’s not a perfect setup, but it’s our setup and it works for us.
