You can find Tango Eateries Private Limited up on the first floor at Flat No. 1/22/1 on Raja Kali Krishna Lane. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, not exactly on a main highway, but that is okay with us. We spend our time working on food ideas and managing our little eatery business from this space. It is not a huge office with glass walls. Mostly it is just desks, some kitchen equipment nearby, and a lot of lists of what we need to buy for the next day. Working in an eatery means you are always thinking about the next meal. Raja Kali Krishna Lane has its own character, sometimes it is a bit noisy outside, but we just shut the windows and get to it. We are not some massive chain with thousands of locations. We are just a small group of people who enjoy the process of making food and getting it to customers. Some days we feel like we are running in circles, especially when things get busy around lunch or dinner time. We make mistakes sometimes, maybe forget a salt shaker or run out of a certain ingredient, but we always try to make it right. It is just us here, doing the best we can with what we have. We do not have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the food is good and the bills are paid at the end of the month. That is our reality.
