We are located at D.No: 67-9-24 in the Patamata area of Vijayawada. You can find us at Mallikharjuna Rao’s place. It’s a familiar spot for many people in the neighborhood. We’ve been running our construction work from here for quite a while. The office is really just a part of the house that we’ve converted for business use. It has a very homey feel to it. There’s usually someone around to answer the door. We have a big table where we spread out our maps and drawings. It’s not a sterile corporate environment at all. You might hear the family in the other room or smells from the kitchen during lunch time. We think this makes it a better place to work. It’s more personal. We know most of our clients by their first names. We don’t do any big TV ads or billboards. Most people find us through word of mouth. If someone is happy with what we did, they tell their neighbor. That’s how we’ve stayed busy all these years. The climate in Vijayawada is hot, so we try to do the heavy work early in the morning. We’re just a local crew trying to do a good job. We don’t have any grand statements to make. We just keep the records straight and make sure the builds are solid. It is a simple life and we are happy with it.
