You can find us on the third floor of Sri Venkateswara Nilayam, in flat 404. We are located on Kolavari Street in Ramvarappadu. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but the view of the street is okay. We’ve been running this impex business from here for some time now. It’s just a standard apartment that we turned into an office space. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that don’t always close right, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. Most of our work involves moving goods around, so we spend a lot of time tracking shipments on the computer. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of waiting for people to call you back and double-checking numbers to make sure everything matches. We’re a small team, mostly family and a couple of friends. We don't put on airs or pretend to be more than we are. If you call, you’ll probably talk directly to one of us, not some automated system. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Ramvarappadu is a good area to be in, and the locals are friendly. We just focus on getting the daily work finished so we can get home. We don't have any big speeches or grand plans. We just take it one shipment at a time and try to stay organized. It’s a modest way to make a living, but we are proud of it.
