Sree Durga Kirana & General Stores

My store, Sree Durga Kirana & General Stores, is right on Eluru Road here in Gudivada. You can find us at 10/141-B, which is pretty much directly opposite Suryateja Wines. It’s a convenient spot for people to stop by while they are out doing their errands. We carry the usual things you’d expect in a kirana shop like rice, pulses, soaps, and other household bits. The shop has been in this location for quite some time now. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit a lot of stock on the shelves. People from the neighborhood come in daily for their small needs. We know most of the faces that walk through the door. It’s not a supermarket, just a local store where you can get what you need quickly. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit, but we move things along. The road outside is always active. I spend most of my day behind the counter. My son helps out when he isn't busy with other things. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a plain shop with everyday goods. If you’re coming down Eluru Road, we are easy to spot. We stay open late most days to help out people coming home from work. It’s a basic business but it keeps us busy and serves the local community well. We are just simple people running a simple shop.
