Speed Car Travels

Speed Car Travels is found at 57-1-22 on Karanamgari Street in the Patamata area. We are quite close to Patamata Street, so it is pretty easy for the local people to find where we are. Vijayawada is a big city, but Patamata has its own neighborhood feel. Our office is just a simple room where we keep track of the cars and the drivers. It is definitely not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything fancy. We just have some plastic chairs for guests and a big board with keys hanging on the wall. A lot of my time is spent talking to the drivers and making sure they know exactly where they are supposed to go. Karanamgari Street is usually busy with scooters and people going about their daily business. We’ve been here for a good while, and the neighbors all know us as the local travel guys. The 520010 area is mostly residential, so we get many families coming in to book a car for a trip to another town or for a family function. It takes a lot of coordination and sometimes the schedules get a bit messy, but we always figure it out. I usually have a tea from the stall nearby while waiting for the cars to come back in the evening. It’s just a practical, no-nonsense kind of business for us.
