Sayana Homes Private Limited is located at Vibha Residence, Flat 102, which is right across from the Viswasanthi School in Vuyyuru. It’s a very easy spot to find because of the school. The morning rush of parents dropping off their kids is usually our signal to start the day. Our office is a small, practical space where we manage our housing projects in the Krishna district. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office with stacks of files, some half-empty water bottles, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't have a receptionist, so whichever one of us is closest to the door usually answers it. Vuyyuru is a small town, so we end up knowing most of our neighbors and clients personally. This makes the work feel more direct and honest. We spend a good chunk of our day out at the actual construction sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and the planning that happens in between. The lighting inside isn't the best, and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but it gets the job done. We don't bother with corporate talk or big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and figure out the best way to do it with the resources we have. It’s a simple, local business where everyone chips in on everything, from making tea to checking the site measurements.
