If you come by T. Kutumba Rao Street in Vijayawada, you'll see our building at 39-12-1/1. It’s a fairly central location in the urban part of the city. We’ve been in this office for some time now. It’s a functional space where we sit down to talk about housing and property. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There are some desks, a few chairs for guests, and plenty of paperwork. Dealing with homes in Vijayawada means we talk to a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for their first place, others are just curious about the market. We try to give them the facts without any extra fluff. It’s an honest way to do business. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the city traffic, but we don't mind it much. It reminds us that we are in the middle of everything. We spend our afternoons visiting different sites or checking on the progress of various homes. It’s not a glamorous job, and it involves a lot of walking and talking. We just want to help people find a place that works for them. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream that isn't real.
