You can find us right opposite Sonovision on Eluru Road. It’s a pretty busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by outside. We have been working with watches here for quite some time now. Most of what we do involves changing batteries, fixing old straps, or trying to get an old mechanical watch to tick again. The shop has that smell of machine oil and small metal parts. We have shelves filled with different clocks and wristwatches, some new and some that have been sitting there for years. People bring in things their grandfathers owned, hoping we can make them run. It’s quiet work, even with the noise of Eluru Road right outside the door. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter. Sometimes we get interrupted by people asking for directions because we are a well-known landmark in the area. We do our best to keep things organized, but when you have hundreds of tiny screws and springs, it gets messy. It is a local business and we like it that way. If you are walking down Eluru Road near the Sonovision, you can’t miss the sign. We spend our days staring through those little magnifying glasses at tiny gears. It’s what we know how to do, and we just keep at it day after day. Saleem Watch Company is just a regular spot for anyone who needs their timepieces looked at.
