We are Rockwell Infra Estate, and you can find us over by the By Pass More area. Our setup is pretty informal, located care of Krishna Prasad Kalla. It’s a spot that most people pass by on their way to somewhere else. We handle various real estate and infrastructure bits and pieces from here. It isn't a high-rise office building with a view. It’s more of a functional space where we meet and talk about land or upcoming projects. Things around the bypass can get a bit noisy with all the trucks and traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us who know the local land market and how things work around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different plots. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. Some days we are just chasing down paperwork at government offices. Other days we are meeting folks who want to sell or buy. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like a big city corporation. We are just local people doing business in a way that makes sense to us. If you need to find us, just look for the spot near the bypass. We’ll likely be there with a stack of folders. There’s always tea nearby and someone checking a map. It's a busy corner, but it's where we feel at home.
