We are based out of Flat No.303 in Rahamat Nagar, right over at G. Krishna Murthy’s place. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular office where we handle our infrastructure projects. Prrr Infra Developers Private Limited started because we saw a lot of work needed doing around here. Most days you’ll find us looking over site plans or dealing with the usual paperwork that comes with construction. It gets busy, especially when we have several things going on at once, but that is just how it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people to get things moving. It isn't always smooth sailing, things happen, but we try to deal with stuff as it comes. The neighborhood knows us pretty well. Sometimes it feels like we are always chasing deadlines. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a team doing our part with the tools and people we have available. We’ve been at this for a bit now. If you walk by H.No.8-3-228/247, you'll see where we work from. It's a practical space. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or anything like that. We just focus on the building side of things. It takes a lot of coordination to get a project finished from start to finish. There are always challenges with materials or timing, but we just keep pushing forward until the job is done. That’s pretty much how we operate every single day here.
