Propertytoss Private Limited is tucked away over at Plot No# 65 in Sai Krishna Enclave Phase 2, Yapral. It's a decent area, pretty quiet for the most part. We set up shop here because we liked the neighborhood. We handle property stuff, mostly helping folks find a place to live or sell what they have. It's not a giant office with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or sitting at the computer looking at listings. The Phase 2 part of the enclave is easy to find once you get into Yapral. We've seen a lot of changes in the local real estate market lately. Prices go up and down, and we just try to keep track of it all for the people who ask. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Most of our work comes from neighbors telling other neighbors about us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the paperwork, which never seems to end. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone rings at odd hours, but that's just part of the job.
