Our office is over at Flat No 301 in Uma Krishna Residency, which is part of Dharmareddy Colony, Phase-II in Hydernagar. Pahara Rocks Infra Private Limited is basically a group of us who have been in the infrastructure game for a while now. We aren't some big city firm with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we like it that way because we can actually keep track of what’s happening on our sites. Most of our work involves the heavy lifting of infra projects, which means lots of meetings and even more time spent out in the dirt and sun. Hydernagar is a busy place, and being based here keeps us close to the action. We deal with all the usual headaches of the industry, like permits and getting the right materials on time. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we’re working late into the night to get things ready for the next morning. We just focus on the task at hand. There’s no secret to how we work; we just show up and do the job. We have our routine and it works for us. If you come by the residency, you might see us coming and going with rolls of blueprints or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We just try to stay honest about what we can do and get it done right.
